Brazilian steelmaker CSN said Benjamin Steinbruch is leaving the chief executive officer role and will be replaced by Fabio Schvartsman, former CEO of mining firm Vale, effective September 3. Steinbruch has been approved as chairman of CSN’s board of directors.
