POSCO Group has opened its second-half entry-level recruitment campaign, seeking hundreds of employees across six affiliates and about 60 job functions. The hiring drive emphasizes artificial intelligence (AI), robotics and AI transformation (AX) for manufacturing and office operations, while also covering production and facility technology, sales, safety and health, engineering, research and corporate functions. Participating affiliates are POSCO Holdings' Future Technology Research Institute, POSCO, POSCO International, POSCO E&C, POSCO DX and the Research Institute of Industrial Science & Technology (RIST). The Future Technology Research Institute is hiring researchers in robot perception and control, while POSCO and POSCO DX are recruiting specialists for AX. POSCO has newly created an AI engineer position focused on leading on-site automation and work innovation. The group has also replaced its traditional self-introduction essay with an on- and off-campus activities section, allowing applicants to describe experiences linked to job competencies. Applications are open on the POSCO recruitment website from September 1 until 3 p.m. on September 16. The recruitment supports the group's Triple Core framework, announced in July, which is built around industrial resources, strategic resources and energy resources.
