Cango Inc.’s high-performance computing and AI inference subsidiary, EcoHash Technology LLC, has completed infrastructure modifications for a dedicated AI compute section at Cango’s owned 50-megawatt Georgia facility and begun paid GPU-compute services. The section currently supports up to 3 megawatts of capacity, with room for expansion. EcoHash installed high-density compute containers using industrial transformer equipment, precision cooling and fiber connectivity, then powered on an initial batch of GPU servers while deploying additional machines. Customers and prospective customers include GPU-cloud platforms and AI-focused cloud-infrastructure providers, but Cango did not name them or disclose server counts, utilization, pricing, contract terms, revenue or profitability. The project repurposes existing Bitcoin-mining infrastructure and serves as a proof-of-concept for potential future deployments, although no additional site, timetable or committed expansion capacity has been announced.
