Scorpio Tankers Inc. announced third-quarter 2026 average daily Time Charter Equivalent (TCE) rates and agreements to charter out three product tankers. Pool and spot-market TCE rates were $64,900 per day for LR2 vessels, $30,000 for MR vessels and $25,500 for Handymax vessels, with coverage of 85%, 79% and 70%, respectively. Out-of-pool time-charter rates were $30,800 per day for LR2 vessels, $28,000 for MR vessels and $23,000 for Handymax vessels. The company also reported out-of-pool bareboat revenue of $12,986 per day for MR vessels, with 91 expected revenue days and 100% coverage. STI Gladiator and STI Jermyn, both LR2 tankers, were chartered for three years at $40,188 and $42,500 per day, respectively, with expected starts in September 2026. MR tanker STI Pontiac was chartered for three years at $23,900 per day, beginning in the fourth quarter of 2026. Scorpio estimated fully diluted weighted average shares outstanding for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, at 54.5 million to 55.5 million. The estimate includes potential dilution from the 1.75% Convertible Senior Notes due 2031 issued in April and May 2026 and restricted shares under its equity incentive plan, and remains subject to changes in the company’s average share price.
