Prosper has launched MemeRWA, a framework designed to connect verifiable on-chain strategy performance with publicly traded crypto-native assets and reduce reliance on narrative-driven valuation. The system combines verifiable economic reference metrics, preset market-linkage mechanisms and publicly traded assets. Its two core instruments are Vault Shares, which provide proportional exposure to a Vault's strategy assets and net asset value, and p{VAULT}, a fixed-supply asset intended to let markets price a Curator's operating ability and expected future performance. When a Curator generates performance fees, smart-contract rules will automatically use part of those fees to buy paired p{VAULT} in the public market. p{VAULT} does not represent ownership of a Vault's underlying assets, NAV rights or profit claims. Initial Curator strategies will cover U.S. stocks, global equities and Hyperliquid. Stove Finance, R25 Protocol and TopNod Wallet are the first ecosystem partners. Prosper says it will provide protocol technology and infrastructure without participating in issuance, management, operations, decision-making or asset custody. The first Curator-operated Vaults are planned to launch in mid-September 2026 on Pharos.
