In separate announcements, AirTAC International Group (1590.TW) and Cathay Consolidated (1342.TW) reported strong August revenue growth. AirTAC’s consolidated revenue reached a monthly record of NT$3.707 billion, approximately $117.0 million, up 43.3% year-on-year but down 7.2% from July; first-eight-month revenue rose 34.1% to a record NT$29.879 billion, approximately $942.8 million. Cathay Consolidated’s August revenue rose 62.83% year-on-year to NT$307 million, approximately $9.7 million, despite falling 9% month-on-month, while first-eight-month revenue reached a record NT$2.557 billion, approximately $80.8 million, up 37.04%. AirTAC said orders exceeded shipments amid an automation-equipment upcycle and expects pneumatic demand to remain strong through 2027. Cathay said outdoor and military shipments doubled year-on-year in August, fourth-quarter orders were firmly in hand, and demand was strengthening.
