Figure and UK-based AI infrastructure provider Nscale have agreed to an initially valued $3.5 billion collaboration that could exceed $6 billion over time. The arrangement is designed to deploy up to 100,000 NVIDIA Vera Rubin GPUs for Figure’s Helix AI models, which power its humanoid robots. Deployments are slated to begin in the second half of 2027 at a site in Barstow, Texas. Figure, founded by Brett Adcock, raised more than $1 billion in a September 2025 Series C at a $39 billion post-money valuation. Nscale, founded in 2024, has raised several billion dollars in equity and debt, including a $2 billion Series C that valued it at $14.6 billion. Nscale will also make a strategic investment in Figure and explore using Figure’s humanoid robots in its data-center supply chain operations.
