Samsara Inc. reported fiscal 2027 second-quarter adjusted earnings of 20 cents per share, above the 16-cent analyst estimate, while revenue rose 30% year over year to $508.4 million, exceeding the $483 million consensus forecast. Annual recurring revenue reached $2.125 billion, up 30%, and net new ARR increased 28% to $134.1 million. The company added a quarterly record 242 customers generating more than $100,000 in ARR and 20 customers exceeding $1 million in ARR, lifting the latter group above $500 million in ARR. Samsara said 96% of customers generating more than $100,000 in ARR use at least two products, while 72% use three or more. The company digitized 340 million workflows, recorded 105 billion miles and collected more than 30 trillion data points over the past year. It also introduced AI-powered products and vehicle-safety features, with adoption of selected AI capabilities increasing more than fourfold in two months. Samsara raised its fiscal 2027 revenue forecast to $2.043 billion-$2.047 billion from $2.005 billion-$2.013 billion and lifted its adjusted earnings outlook to 76-78 cents per share from 70-72 cents. Shares gained 14.4% Friday to approximately $44.33 after rising 5.3% Thursday before the earnings release.
