Binance's U.S. stock-trading service will be temporarily unavailable during a system upgrade supporting its partner broker program. Users will not be able to submit stock-trading orders from 18:50 to 22:00 on Sept. 5, 2026, in the UTC+8 time zone. The outage was outlined in an official announcement cited by PANews on Sept. 4.
