Primoris Services Corporation investors who bought common stock between Aug. 5, 2025, and June 22, 2026, have until Sept. 21, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a securities class action that has already been filed, Rosen Law Firm said. The lawsuit alleges that Primoris had deficient cost-estimation, cost-to-complete forecasting and project-oversight processes for significant fixed-price renewable energy projects. It claims those shortcomings caused the company to underestimate project costs and risks amid material cost overruns, execution problems and schedule delays. The complaint further alleges that statements about Primoris' estimating procedures, project execution, risk management, financial performance and guidance lacked a reasonable basis or omitted material adverse facts. No class has been certified.
