OFA Group shares surged more than 16% on Friday after the Torrance, California-based architectural design and technology firm said its AI-powered QikBIM platform secured its first paying subscribers within 90 days of commercial launch. QikBIM generated 281,665 content views and reached 186,637 architecture, engineering and construction professionals during an eight-day paid campaign, while website visits increased 830% and sessions rose 565%. About 98% of views came from new audiences. The late-July Meta campaign produced 224,988 impressions and 4,682 link clicks to QikBIM.com, generating a 2.08% click-through rate that OFA said was roughly twice the approximately 1% average commonly cited for Meta advertising. QikBIM converts design inputs and 2D drawings into coordinated architectural drawings, structural plans and BIM models in minutes. OFA Group says it can reduce BIM production time by up to 80%, deliver output up to 10 times faster than traditional workflows and potentially save up to $1 million on large projects by reducing rework, errors and delays. Registered users rose 75% period-over-period through July 14, and QikBIM drew visitors from six countries within three weeks of launch. More than 82.71 million OFAL shares changed hands Friday, compared with a three-month average daily volume of about 9.81 million. The stock remained down 87.92% year-to-date and 94.66% over 12 months, while TipRanks showed a Sell consensus based on 12 bearish, four neutral and four bullish indicators. OFA Group has not disclosed the number or size of the initial subscriptions, leaving the durability of the early commercial momentum uncertain.
