Pineapple Financial, a Toronto-headquartered company listed on NYSE American, has moved more than $1 billion in residential mortgage records onto Injective, turning a proof of concept into a live, publicly trackable loan book. The company's dashboard shows 2,079 mortgage records onchain, up from 1,259 at the December 2025 launch, while Token Terminal lists the PAPL0 asset at roughly $1.1 billion in market capitalization. Pineapple aims to migrate more than 29,000 funded mortgages worth over $10 billion. Each record contains more than 500 data points and serves as an auditable digital counterpart to the underlying loan file, rather than a new mortgage-backed security or synthetic instrument. The rollout uses Injective Mint, which is in private alpha, and follows Injective Institutional Services' registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a transfer agent on August 19. Pineapple has also outlined a permissioned Mortgage Data Marketplace, Pineapple Prime and a separate $100 million INJ treasury.
