A securities class action has been filed for investors who purchased or otherwise acquired XTI Aerospace, Inc. securities from April 15, 2026, through August 17, 2026. Rosen Law Firm issued a notice about the case, following an earlier notice from Robbins LLP. The complaints allege that XTI and its executives misled investors about senior executives’ undisclosed activities, required Board review, disclosure controls and procedures, and the company’s ability to file earnings reports on time. XTI said after the August 17 market close that it could not timely file its Form 10-Q while completing an internal review of its former Chief Executive Officer, who resigned that day, and related corporate governance matters. The stock fell $0.25, or 15.9%, to $1.32 on August 18 on unusually heavy trading volume. Investors have until October 27, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff. No class has been certified, and participation is offered on a contingency-fee basis without upfront costs.
