Morgan Stanley’s MSBT Bitcoin ETF purchased 94.56 Bitcoin worth $7.54 million as Bitcoin fell below $80,000 after failing to break above $82,000 and trading volume slowed. An earlier account described the movement as a withdrawal from Coinbase Prime, while the latest update characterizes it as a purchase. The fund’s four-day accumulation was reported at 355.33 Bitcoin, valued at approximately $28.3 million. Bitcoin traded around $79,621, down 1.6% over 24 hours, after two consecutive lower daily closes and a decline to $78,000. Broader spot Bitcoin ETF inflows reached $174 million in the latest session following three consecutive days of net inflows and earlier reported inflows of $730 million. The Coinbase Premium Index turned positive on Sept. 4 after a week in negative territory, while exchange netflows showed withdrawals of 6,200 Bitcoin before slowing to 1,200 Bitcoin. The analysis said Bitcoin could reclaim $80,000 and retest $82,000 if institutional demand persists, while $76,200 could provide support if macroeconomic pressure extends the correction.
