Crypto trader Rohun Vora, founder of the Solana-based NFT (non-fungible token) projects DeGods and y00ts, spent $1,491 on 11 million A Meme Coin (AMC) tokens on September 4, 2026, at 5:00 AM. On-chain data analyzed by Lookonchain showed the token’s market capitalization was about $135,300 at the time. By around 12:00 PM Friday, AMC had surged roughly 561,613.07%, lifting its market cap to approximately $109.9 million and producing a reported return of $1,198,509, or 81,025%, in seven hours. The rally followed a dispute over stock tokenization between Adam Aron, CEO of AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc., and Vlad Tenev of Robinhood Markets, Inc. Aron threatened legal action against Robinhood, saying its tokenized AMC stock was not registered under United States securities laws. The AMC token, based on the Roninhood Chain, later had a fully diluted valuation (FDV, value if all tokens were circulating) of about $89.8 million, while its holdings had declined to $980,527 after the market cap fell from slightly above its $180 million all-time high. The token reported $10.3 million in locked liquidity and $154.5 million in traded volume at publication.
