Oura filed an S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a Nasdaq listing under the ticker OURA, targeting a valuation above $16 billion and proceeds of up to $3 billion. The Finnish-founded company reported $1.21 billion in revenue for the nine months ended June 30, 2026, up 74% from a year earlier. Oura has five million paid subscribers, sold 3.6 million rings over the trailing 12 months and reports an 85% membership retention rate. Its valuation target would exceed the $11 billion reached in its Series E funding round in late 2025. Oura holds between 79% and 85% of global smart-ring shipments in recent quarters, while the overall market grew 3% year over year in the first quarter of 2026. The company is expanding its AI, women’s health and preventive-wellness services as Samsung and lower-priced rival Ultrahuman increase competitive pressure.
