Tron Inc. (NASDAQ: TRON) acquired 151,270 TRX on Sept. 4, 2026, at an average price of $0.3305 per token, raising its reported treasury holdings to more than 712.8 million TRX. The purchase followed the company’s acquisition of 146,502 TRX at $0.3413 on Aug. 29, which lifted reported holdings above 711.9 million TRX. Tron Inc. said it aims to further grow its Tron DAT holdings and directed investors to its designated on-chain treasury wallet and TronScan for live tracking of at least part of the balance. The company did not disclose the source of funds or the specific allocation of the latest tokens. An earlier account had described a Sept. 5 purchase of 151,042 TRX at $0.331 and holdings of 713 million TRX, creating a discrepancy with the Sept. 4 figures. That account also cited TRX at $0.332, up 1.02%, at the time of writing.
