Arbitrum's ARB token climbed about 49% in 24 hours to $0.1972, after briefly rising more than 50%, as activity on Robinhood Chain renewed focus on revenue flowing to the Arbitrum ecosystem. ARB remained about 92% below its $2.40 all-time high reached on January 12, 2024, despite an earlier reported 127% rally from late-August levels. Robinhood Chain, an Ethereum Layer 2 network that launched its mainnet on July 1, 2026 using Arbitrum Orbit, generated $360,000 in July licensing revenue under the Arbitrum Expansion Program. That amount represented 35% of Arbitrum DAO's monthly revenue. Eligible ARB-based chains contribute 10% of net protocol revenue to Arbitrum, with 8% allocated to the DAO treasury and 2% to ecosystem development. Robinhood Chain's transaction fees rose to millions of dollars on some early-September days, while its 24-hour decentralized-exchange volume reached billions of dollars.
