Chainalysis added support for HyperEVM, the Ethereum-compatible smart contract (self-executing blockchain code) environment on the Hyperliquid Layer 1, on September 3, 2026. The integration gives customers compliance and investigation tools for monitoring Hyperliquid’s native HYPE token and applications deployed on the network. Chainalysis said its platform will automatically cover newly issued fungible and non-fungible tokens using standards including ERC-20 and ERC-721, allowing customers to screen tokens without manual setup. Know Your Transaction (KYT) checks, actionable alerts, continuous monitoring, entity screening and Chainalysis Reactor support fund-flow analysis and investigations across HyperEVM. The expansion comes as Hyperliquid attracts more developers and regulatory attention, including a report that the Lazarus Group sold more than $30 million in bitcoin on Hyperliquid and a request from the Hyperliquid Policy Center for the CFTC (U.S. derivatives regulator) to permit energy perpetual contracts in the United States.
