Ripple has signed a multi-year agreement with the University of Florida to place XRP branding on the playing field at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium throughout the 2026 football season and beyond. Florida Athletics confirmed the deal on Sept. 5. XRP logos will also appear on digital properties and event signage in Gainesville, while Ripple will support financial and technology education for student-athletes and the broader campus community covering traditional finance and digital assets. Financial terms were not disclosed. The 88,548-seat stadium placement expands Ripple's college-sports campaign following a five-year University of Kansas sponsorship signed in July, which put XRP branding on Jayhawks athletics uniforms across football, basketball and other teams. XRP traded near $1.41 on Friday, up 0.6% over 24 hours and roughly 34.9% over 30 days, though it remained approximately 49.8% lower over the past year. Cumulative net inflows into U.S. spot XRP exchange-traded funds remained close to $1.6 billion as demand cooled. Ripple continues to expand payments, custody, prime brokerage and corporate treasury services alongside the RLUSD stablecoin.
