WOO X said it is reviewing withdrawal-processing reports after users said requests remained pending, processing or submitted for hours or up to three days. ZachXBT highlighted complaints from verified users, including a reported three-day pending withdrawal and a self-custody transfer delayed more than six hours. The exchange said some requests may be undergoing internal review or on-chain processing, asked customers to submit case details through official support channels, and on Sept. 7 said it had a solution for withdrawals paused or failing for KYC reasons. WOO X has not disclosed the number or value of delayed withdrawals, affected assets or networks, or a timetable for clearing outstanding requests. The reports do not establish a platform-wide withdrawal freeze, insolvency, shortage of customer assets or a new security breach. Scrutiny has also focused on FusionX Digital's transition to operating WOO X, Sheldon Xia's role on its Global Strategy Committee, and BitMart's restructuring plans. WOO X lost $14 million through unauthorized withdrawals from nine accounts in July 2025, but no evidence links that incident to the current delays.
