Investors who purchased or acquired EquipmentShare.com Inc. securities between Jan. 23, 2026, and June 23, 2026, have until Sept. 21, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a proposed federal securities class action, Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP said. The lawsuit alleges that EquipmentShare and other defendants failed to disclose additional related-party transactions and did not terminate or substantially reduce transactions involving entities owned or controlled by the company's co-founders. Umibōzu Research alleged on June 24 that founder-affiliated entities had received at least $77 million through undisclosed dealings, including payments linked to EquipmentShare's OWN program. EquipmentShare shares fell 6.62% to $22.30 that day and declined another 11.7% to $19.69 on June 25. The shares later traded as low as $16.06, more than 34.5% below the company's $24.50 IPO price.
