Arbitrum's Watchdog Committee has set a tentative Sept. 10 deadline for Good Entry, Limitless and APX Finance to answer high-severity misuse findings and return funds deemed unresolved. Their cited figures total 457,553 ARB, but the amount combines different findings and does not represent a confirmed stolen, outstanding or recoverable balance. No ban has been approved. If responses are unsatisfactory and funds are not returned within one week, each project could face an off-chain Snapshot vote to exclude covered participants from future Arbitrum DAO programs. The sanction would affect governance access rather than freeze wallets or disable protocols. As of Sept. 5, no project had responded in the proposal thread. The committee said its broader program had received 90 reports, recovered about 532,000 ARB and paid about 268,000 ARB in reporter bounties as of Sept. 2.
