Global Sae-A, the holding company of Global Sae-A Group, appointed Kim Min-gyu as its new head of management strategy, president. Kim will develop the group’s mid- to long-term management strategies, coordinate responses to major management issues and oversee internal and external risks. His responsibilities also include defining the group’s future growth direction and reinforcing strategic ties among subsidiaries. Kim previously held senior management-support and strategy positions at Shinsegae Group and CJ Group, and until recently served as vice president of Semyung University. The company plans to reinforce group-wide strategic functions through the holding company after his appointment.
