Musinsa has submitted a preliminary listing review application to the Korea Exchange for a potential KOSPI IPO, targeting a public listing in the first half of next year. The review will assess whether the company meets listing requirements and the potential benefits of going public as a funding option for global expansion. Musinsa plans to list 227,829,016 shares, including 26.6 million shares for the public offering, with a par value of 100 won per share. The exchange will review eligibility within 45 trading days, after which Musinsa must file a securities registration statement and complete the listing within six months of approval. The company’s internal valuation is 10 trillion won, while its IPO target is about 8 trillion won to reflect market conditions and protect investors. First-half revenue reached 821.7 billion won, up 22.6% year on year, while operating profit fell 11.2% to 52.3 billion won. Founder Cho Man-ho held a 51.75% stake at the end of June. Musinsa began as an online footwear platform in 2001 and has expanded through Musinsa Standard, 29Edition, 29CM and overseas growth plans.
