Bitcoin was rejected at $80,500 on Monday morning and slipped below $79,000 before recovering slightly, leaving its market capitalization at $1.6 trillion on CoinMarketCap. Ethereum remained just below $2,500, while XRP defended the $1.40 level. LINK, TAO, MNT, ICP and WLD rose sharply, led by TAO and WLD gains of more than 14%, while ARB fell 13% after being rejected at $0.20. The total crypto market capitalization was essentially unchanged from the previous day at $2.710 trillion.
