Applicants must be at least 18 and complete an application, while Upgrade's lending partners determine approval and terms using credit information and other eligibility factors. Flex Pay is not available in all states and U.S. territories. The offering is a Buy Now, Pay Later (installment payment) solution powered by Upgrade, whose Flex Pay platform partners with hundreds of travel and retail brands across North America.
