Anchored’s tokenized stocks went live through Uniswap on Arbitrum on Sept. 7, adding an onchain route to public-market exposure. Existing project information said 10 tokenized equities launched on Aug. 24 across Arbitrum, Ethereum mainnet, Base and Monad, creating a discrepancy between the earlier launch timeline and the later Sept. 7 availability announcement. Anchored says its stocks and exchange-traded funds are backed one-for-one by underlying assets held in regulated custody, with reserves independently verified through a public proof-of-reserves process. The tokens are not the underlying shares or securities; holder rights depend on applicable governing documents. Access requires onboarding and verification through a gated application operated by Anchored Capital Ltd, and products may be limited to professional, accredited, sophisticated or otherwise qualified investors. They may not be available in every jurisdiction and are not directed at U.S. persons or people in mainland China. Uniswap supplies the onchain trading route and Arbitrum the deployment network, while the products remain subject to market, liquidity, counterparty and technology risks, including possible loss of capital.
