Unicycive Therapeutics, Inc. faces a securities class action over allegations that it failed to inspect or audit a third-party manufacturing facility before resubmitting its New Drug Application for oxylanthanum carbonate, or OLC. The complaint says the company lacked a reasonable basis to believe deficiencies identified by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration had been resolved and did not disclose risks that approval could be delayed. The proposed class covers investors who acquired Unicycive securities from Dec. 29, 2025, through June 29, 2026. On June 30, 2026, Unicycive disclosed that the FDA had issued another Complete Response Letter identifying the same third-party manufacturing deficiencies cited in June 2025; the stock fell $3.01, or 39.1%, to $4.69. Investors have until Nov. 2, 2026, to seek lead-plaintiff appointment. Existing records identify Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman as announcing the lawsuit on Sept. 7, while the newer Robbins LLP notice, issued Sept. 8, urges investors to contact Robbins about the case.
