Bloom Energy investors who purchased shares between February 27, 2025, and July 8, 2026, have until September 28, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a securities class action. Bernstein Liebhard LLP issued the latest reminder concerning Bloom, which trades on the New York Stock Exchange under BE. The complaint alleges violations of Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5, including alleged false or misleading statements concerning Bloom's scandium sourcing, business operations, growth prospects and financial stability. It claims Bloom obtained Chinese scandium through third parties outside China while downplaying its reliance on supplies from China. Investors do not need to serve as lead plaintiff to participate in any recovery, if one is obtained.
