GPGI, Inc., formerly CompoSecure, investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Class A common stock between November 3, 2025, and May 6, 2026, have until September 14, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a securities class action filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. and Rosen Law Firm announced notices concerning the case. The lawsuit alleges defendants overstated Husky's value, lacked an objective basis for Husky's projected revenue and Adjusted EBITDA targets in the Proxy Statement, and misrepresented the prospects and expected financial results of the combined GPGI-Husky business. It further alleges that a primary purpose of the Husky acquisition was to generate millions of dollars in fees for Resolute Holdings and individual defendants rather than create long-term value for CompoSecure shareholders. The complaint claims investors suffered losses after the alleged facts entered the market.
