BOE opened its first overseas Innovation Partner Conference in Berlin on September 7, 2026, alongside IFA 2026. More than 200 ecosystem partners attended to discuss display-industry trends and collaboration opportunities. The event featured BOE's LIGHT showcase, spanning LCD, OLED, MLED, sensors, photovoltaics and sustainable-development technologies, while European partners including Saint-Gobain Sekurit, LEDCON, Barco and Vusion presented applications in dimming sunroofs, MLED, IoT and e-paper. BOE said it invests about 7% of annual revenue in research and development, has filed more than 100,000 patent applications, operates hubs in 15 countries and regions, and serves more than 5,000 global clients.
