Pulmovant, a clinical-stage biotechnology company and Roivant (Nasdaq: ROIV) company, reported positive topline Phase 2 PHocus results for once-daily inhaled mosliciguat in adults with pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD). At Week 16, treatment produced a placebo-adjusted 56.3% reduction in pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR), the primary endpoint, alongside a 35.2-meter improvement in six-minute walk distance and a 357.7 pg/mL reduction in NT-proBNP, a cardiac-strain biomarker.
