Polar Power reduced its outstanding indebtedness to Pinnacle Bank to approximately $1.667 million from approximately $4.7 million reported on September 30, 2025. The approximately $3.033 million reduction represents roughly 65% of the earlier balance. Since June 30, 2026, Polar Power has reduced the debt by about $1 million, from approximately $2.7 million to approximately $1.7 million. Based on its current expectations and available resources, the company expects to repay the remaining balance by the end of September 2026. Chairman and CEO Arthur Sams said the debt reduction is intended to strengthen Polar Power's balance sheet, improve liquidity and financial flexibility, and support investment in revenue growth, new products and strategic expansion. The company continues to pursue opportunities in telecommunications and backup power, as well as data center power infrastructure, defense systems and advanced DC power solutions.
