  • Harmonic launched cOS SensAI, a vendor-neutral intelligence platform for broadband service providers.
  • $2.2 billion is Analysys Mason’s estimated annual addressable market in target broadband markets.
  • Hotwire Communications and GCI are testing SensAI in real-world operating environments.

Harmonic launched cOS SensAI, a vendor-neutral, software-based intelligence platform that consolidates heterogeneous data from across a broadband operator’s network into a single information layer. The platform is designed to turn complex operational data into actionable insights, enabling proactive management, improved subscriber experiences, higher Net Promoter Scores and stronger long-term customer retention. SensAI uses a continuously updated, real-time model of the operator’s ecosystem, including network devices and system relationships, and correlates signals from thousands of sources while explaining the reasoning behind diagnoses. Harmonic said the platform can progressively automate recurring workflows, simplify incident triage, reduce technical visits and lower operating costs. Hotwire Communications and GCI said they are testing SensAI in real-world environments. Analysys Mason estimates the platform’s annual addressable market at approximately $2.2 billion among Tier 2 and smaller broadband providers in target markets. Harmonic will showcase SensAI at Connected Britain from September 9-10 and SCTE TechExpo in Atlanta from September 29 to October 1, 2026.
