MAKE Group launches AstralBeam on Casper, first non-EVM T-REX integration

  • MAKE Group launched AstralBeam on Casper for compliant cross-chain asset transfers.
  • T-REX oversees more than $32 billion in ERC-3643 tokenized assets.
  • AstralBeam has undergone six months of testnet testing and is being audited by Halborn Security.

MAKE Group has launched AstralBeam on Casper, making Casper the first non-EVM blockchain integrated into the T-REX network. Casper connects real-world assets (RWAs), or tokenized versions of off-chain assets, across Robinhood Chain, Base, Ethereum and Polygon while anchoring them to the T-REX compliance ledger. T-REX currently oversees more than $32 billion in tokenized assets issued under ERC-3643, while Apex Group, which services $3.5 trillion in assets, has committed to bringing $100 billion in tokenized assets to the ledger by 2027. AstralBeam combines a token bridge with a cross-chain messaging layer, allowing regulated assets to move between networks while preserving investor eligibility and transfer restrictions. The system uses ERC-7786 to transmit compliance data and verifies transfers against T-REX rules before settlement. Casper supports upgradeable smart contracts (self-executing blockchain code), native ERC-3643 compliance and finality within seconds. AstralBeam uses five verifier nodes and requires a 3/5 consensus enforced by blockchain contracts. It has been tested on testnet for six months and is undergoing multiple rounds of security audits by Halborn Security, with a public testnet phase planned before mainnet.
