Mobix Labs shares rose 41.92% to $1.32 on Tuesday, briefly reclaiming the $1 threshold and reaching a session high near $1.32 after the company announced its first production contract for Lockheed Martin F-16 Fighting Falcon components. A veteran-owned aerospace sustainment contractor supporting the U.S. Air Force F-16 program ordered EMI-filtered connectors from Mobix Labs' EMI Solutions division. The connectors were manufactured at the company's defense-certified plant in Irvine, California, and the first batch has been shipped, with further deliveries scheduled over the next several weeks. The F-16 order expands Mobix Labs' fighter-aircraft exposure to four programs: the F-22 Raptor, F-35 Lightning II, F/A-18 Super Hornet and F-16. The company previously reported approximately fivefold growth in F-22 component demand after new and expanded agreements with two F-22 subcontractors in April. Lockheed Martin shares rose about 1.7% during the session. MOBX substantially outperformed the technology sector, with XLK up 0.42% on Tuesday, while Technology ranked third among 11 sectors. Mobix Labs develops connectivity, radio-frequency and electromagnetic-interference filtering products for defense, aerospace, commercial and industrial customers.
