Leading cryptocurrencies declined Tuesday as traders awaited the producer price index on Thursday and consumer price index on Friday for clues about Federal Reserve interest-rate policy. Market sentiment remained in the "Greed" category, while the global crypto market capitalization fell 0.36% to $2.70 trillion. Strategy Inc. and Bitmine Immersion Technologies Inc. fell 4.40% and 0.80%, respectively, and Strategy made no Bitcoin purchases the previous week. Traders priced a 59% chance of a Federal Reserve rate cut at next week’s policy meeting, according to CME FedWatch. Ali Martinez said Bitcoin had reclaimed its Warm Supply Realized Price, a metric measuring the average acquisition price of Bitcoin that last moved between one week and six months earlier. CryptoQuant said Bitcoin’s MVRV (market value compared with realized value) remained below its 365-day moving average, leaving a sustained recovery above that level as the bullish case and a rejection as a sign that Bitcoin remained in a repair regime.
