Binance will launch bStocks tied to Salesforce and Hims & Hers Health at 12:00 UTC on September 9, 2026, opening CRMB/USDT and HIMSB/USDT spot markets. The exchange will also add both assets as eligible collateral for Cross Margin, Portfolio Margin and Portfolio Margin Pro for qualifying users, though borrowing will not initially be supported. Maker fees on the two USDT pairs will be waived through September 30, withdrawals will open one hour after trading begins, and Binance Convert will offer fee-free exchanges involving supported assets including BTC and USDT. Binance has identified separate BNB Smart Chain contracts for CRMB and HIMSB, while holders of directly held shares can convert them into the corresponding bStocks at a 1:1 ratio without a fee. The products are certificates rather than ordinary company shares, are offered under an Approved Prospectus in Abu Dhabi Global Market on a secondary-market basis, and are unavailable in the United States or to U.S. persons. Binance also warned that transfers back into the central securities depository environment depend on specified conditions, which may limit trading, redemption or other handling if unmet.
