Solana meme coins remained a focus on Sept. 10 as Anonymous Cat (ZCAT) rebounded to a market capitalization above $100 million, according to GMGN data cited by BlockBeats. ZCAT gained more than 40% over four hours, while trading volume reached $15.8 million. The Solana-based cat-themed token draws on Zcash’s privacy concept and uses an approximately 3% transaction or transfer tax to buy and airdrop bridged Zcash (ZEC) on Solana to holders. The move followed strong performances by other Solana meme coins. Baton briefly reached a $10 million market capitalization before retreating to $4.94 million, while LEVERCAT rose 277% over 24 hours to $5 million. Earlier reports placed CATE above $50 million and baton at $7.9 million at different reporting times. BlockBeats cautioned that meme coins often lack practical use cases and can be highly volatile.
