Regency Silver Corp. has agreed to acquire a 100% interest in the Jabali Gold Project in Sonora, Mexico, by purchasing all shares of Tarachi Gold. The project includes the historic La Dura gold mine, covers 569 hectares and is near major producing mines. Jabali is also adjacent to Alamos Gold's Mulatos Mine, according to the existing stock news report.
