Bitmine Immersion Technologies said its cryptocurrency, cash, marketable securities and moonshot investments totaled $15.7 billion as of Sept. 7, 2026, at 2 p.m. Eastern time. The holdings included 5,929,198 ETH valued at $2,495 each, 211 Bitcoin, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, a $91 million position in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS), and $593 million in cash and marketable securities. Bitmine said its ETH represented 4.9% of the 122.0 million ETH supply and that it was 97% of the way toward its 5% Alchemy objective in 15 months. The company said four of the Russell 1000's 21 best-performing stocks since June 30 were crypto-related, while BMNR common shares ranked fourth after gaining 99%, compared with a 3% gain for the index. Ethereum was described as the best-performing macro asset in the third quarter of 2026 to date, outperforming the S&P 500 by 5,430 basis points. Bitmine had 5,067,309 ETH in staking (locking crypto to earn rewards), worth $12.6 billion at the stated ETH price, and said MAVAN (institutional Ethereum staking infrastructure) was being expanded for institutional investors, custodians and ecosystem partners. Management projected annualized staking revenue of $330 million currently and $386 million at scale, based on a 2.61% seven-day yield. The company also said it had acquired 28,086 ETH during the previous week and had bought ETH every week since beginning its ETH Treasury Strategy on June 30, 2025. Thomas "Tom" Lee, Bitmine's president, cited the planned mid-September vote on the CLARITY Act, renewed crypto buying by Korean investors, tokenization and agentic AI as potential catalysts, while adviser Tom DeMark forecast a strong ETH rally in coming weeks. The release noted that these and other projections are forward-looking and subject to crypto-market volatility, regulatory developments, operational risks and changes in staking returns.
