Gratus Reserve V, LLC filed a preliminary offering circular on Form 1-A with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to register a $75 million diversified corporate treasury. The strategy centers on XRP and other assets aligned with the ISO 20022 interbank messaging standard, including Stellar, Cardano, Hedera and Quant, while also targeting Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana. Gratus Reserve V said a $5,000 XRP purchase through an institutional over-the-counter desk costs nearly 10 times less than an equivalent retail-market transaction because of direct liquidity access, lower spreads, reduced brokerage fees and less slippage. The filing remains under SEC review, so the fund cannot yet raise money or sell shares. If approved under Regulation A (Tier 2), it could offer the strategy to retail investors subject to regular audited financial disclosures.
