Zankore signed a senior term loan facility of up to $3.1 billion to buy Nvidia GPUs for a new Indonesian AI factory, in one of Asia's largest bank-led financings for AI hardware. The facility, signed September 9, supports an initial 100 megawatts of capacity, a target of about 200 MW in the first half of 2027 and a longer-term goal of 1 GW serving cloud customers across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Citigroup was sole debt adviser, while ING Groep, Natixis, Qatar National Bank and United Overseas Bank arranged, underwrote and bookran the financing. Nvidia provided a revenue-sharing and credit-support structure intended to ease banks' concerns over GPU residual values and other lending risks. Zankore is backed by regional telecom groups including Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Ooredoo Group and Nokia Corporation. Nvidia shares closed about 2% lower at $225.75 on Tuesday but remained up more than 21% year-to-date, while analysts' average $325.23 target implies roughly 44% upside.
