Gate is exploring a strategic cooperation with RQD* Clearing, a clearing and custody company, across digital assets, market infrastructure, regulatory compliance and asset tokenization. The discussions aim to combine Gate’s digital-asset services with RQD* Clearing’s clearing, custody and technology infrastructure for broker-dealers, registered investment advisers, overseas financial institutions and proprietary trading firms. Gate founder and CEO Dr. Han said the company is focused on building infrastructure for the growing integration of digital assets and traditional financial markets. The potential cooperation would link Gate’s global digital-asset ecosystem with RQD* Clearing’s market infrastructure capabilities.
