BofA Securities upgraded Figure Technology Solutions from Underperform to Neutral on September 9 and raised its price target from $31 to $49, a nearly 60% increase. The change reflects accelerating revenue growth and stronger performance from Figure Connect, the company’s consumer credit marketplace, which matches lenders with capital providers. Figure’s total consumer loan marketplace volume reached $4.3 billion in Q2 2026, up 132% year over year, while Figure Connect contributed $2.8 billion. BofA analysts expect the momentum to continue through 2028. Figure shares, which have traded between $25 and $38 since their IPO a year ago, recently closed around $38, leaving the new target implying about 29% upside. The consensus rating is Buy, with an average price target near $52, above BofA’s forecast. Figure is a non-bank provider of home equity lines of credit, or HELOCs (revolving loans secured by home equity), and processes its loans on the Provenance Blockchain. It has also expanded into tokenized assets and launched YLDS, an SEC-registered yield-bearing stablecoin.
