Baker Hughes raised its 2026 revenue forecast to $28.50 billion-$30.30 billion from $26.65 billion-$28.05 billion, reflecting the expected contribution from its $13.6 billion acquisition of Chart Industries. Adjusted EBITDA is now forecast at $4.88 billion-$5.48 billion, compared with the previous range of $4.6 billion-$5.1 billion. Baker Hughes completed the deal in July after securing European Union antitrust approval, which required the sale of Chart's proprietary process technology and small-scale process technology business and interoperability commitments for its equipment. Chart's contribution is expected to be weighted toward the fourth quarter. LSEG analysts expect 2026 revenue of $28.31 billion and core profit of $5.09 billion. The acquisition broadens Baker Hughes' exposure to LNG, industrial gases, mining, power and data centers, while the company continues to target higher Chart margins, cost synergies and lower leverage through 2028.
