Cognizant (Nasdaq: CTSH) has been named to TIME’s World’s Best Companies 2026 list for the third consecutive year. TIME and Statista selected 1,000 companies by assessing employee satisfaction, revenue growth and sustainability transparency. Employee satisfaction incorporated recommendations and peer evaluations from more than 200,000 employees worldwide, while revenue growth covered companies with more than $100 million in revenue that had grown over the past three years. Sustainability transparency examined environmental impact, social responsibility and governance practices. Kathy Diaz, Chief People Officer, Cognizant, said the recognition reflects the strength of the company’s global talent and culture and its work as an AI Builder serving leading organizations. The award follows Cognizant’s Great Place to Work certification in 31 countries and inclusion on Ethisphere’s World’s Most Ethical Companies list.
