Cosmos launched its 17-member Partner Network on September 9, 2026, bringing BitGo, Galaxy Digital, OpenZeppelin and other providers together to help financial institutions move tokenized-deposit and digital-asset projects from pilots into production. Cosmos will provide its Tokenization Suite and digital ledger technology, while partners supply custody, identity verification, transaction monitoring, wallet infrastructure, blockchain nodes, staking, settlement, systems integration and smart-contract security. The network targets tokenized deposits, 24/7 settlement, treasury management, programmable escrow, trade finance and agentic commerce. Cosmos said its technology supports more than 150 blockchains securing over $70 billion in assets, although it has not identified participating banks, live deployments, commercial terms or current institutional transaction volumes. BitGo will serve as a custody and settlement provider, while Galaxy Digital, Blockchain.com, Balance, DFNS, Utila, Silence Laboratories, Hypernative, OpenZeppelin, Blockdaemon, InfStones and other members cover additional institutional requirements. The program is intended to reduce the coordination burden of assembling separate vendors, but its commercial value will depend on whether members help banks launch customer-facing products rather than limited pilots.
