Lightfield, an AI-native customer relationship management platform, has completed a $47 million Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz, positioning the recently public startup as a challenger to established CRM companies including Salesforce and HubSpot. The round included Maverick Capital, Coatue, Greylock, Lightspeed, Audacious Ventures, Alumni Ventures, and individual investors including Guillermo Rauch, Immad Akhund, Mati Staniszewski, Jeff Wang, Scott Belsky, Avichal Garg, Nick Talken, and Zack Kisner. The company will use the proceeds to accelerate growth and expand its AI agent capabilities. Secondary market analysis puts Lightfield’s post-funding valuation at roughly $121 million, while total funding across all rounds has surpassed $100 million. Founded in 2020 by former Meta engineers Keith Peiris and Henri Liriani, Lightfield emerged from a major pivot away from Tome, an AI-powered presentation product that attracted between 20 million and 25 million users and reached a $300 million valuation after an $81 million Series B in 2023. Since its public launch in November 2025, the company has signed up more than 5,000 companies, particularly high-growth startups using AI agents in their workflows.
